1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• A valid driver’s license and government-issued ID are required at the time of pick-up.
• Booking confirmations are sent via email or phone.

2. Rental Period

• The rental period begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the drop-off time.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Extensions must be requested and approved before the original drop-off time.

3. Payment

• Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking or pick-up.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be driven only by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
• Off-road, illegal, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
• Fuel must be returned as received; otherwise, refueling charges apply.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance coverage may be included depending on the vehicle.
• The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.
• Additional insurance options are available for extra protection.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in advance as per our policy.
• Refunds are subject to cancellation fees if applicable.
• No refunds are issued for early returns unless explicitly agreed.

7. Privacy & Personal Data

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
